OUR STORY
We are motivated by personal struggles–and the struggles of those we know–to navigate the healthcare system and find appropriate resources. Immigrants, refugees, first nations, seniors, etc... are often hindered by limited English language literacy and health literacy in general. Our goal is to make navigation as easy as possible and to help families take advantage of the several programs that are available to them. We are able to help anyone, including families with a child with special needs.
OUR SERVICES
We’re committed to guiding patients at every step of the way as they navigate the healthcare system. This includes help reaching the correct medical professionals, completing relevant applications, and understanding the different services available to each family.
We will do so without any cost to the families, while also respecting the confidentiality of the information being dealt with.
